Three full-length practice tests for the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Observability Professional (1Z0-1111-26) certification exam - 50 questions per test, 90 minutes, 68% to pass, unlimited retakes.

Every question is grounded in Oracle's official exam objectives and product documentation - written fresh for this course, not recycled from public dumps.

What you'll be tested on

  • Monitoring service: metrics, alarms, and dashboards
  • Logging and Logging Analytics for centralized log management
  • Application Performance Monitoring (APM) and distributed tracing
  • Stack Monitoring and Database Management for infrastructure visibility
  • Notifications, Events, and integrating observability into operational workflows

Where candidates lose points

Logging Analytics and Application Performance Monitoring together account for a large share of the exam's objective weighting, and they're also the two services most candidates have spent the least hands-on time with - it's far easier to read a dashboard than to configure log source parsing rules or instrument an application for distributed tracing. Studying the service descriptions without actually setting up a log source or an APM synthetic monitor tends to leave gaps right where the exam concentrates its questions.

Sample question

You need to identify recurring error patterns across unstructured application logs ingested from multiple compute instances, without writing a custom parsing rule for each individual log source. Which OCI Logging Analytics capability addresses this?

  • A. Manually tagging each log entry with a severity label before ingestion
  • B. Out-of-the-box field extraction using Logging Analytics' automatically applied log source parsers, combined with cluster/pattern analysis
  • C. Exporting raw logs to Object Storage and querying them with Data Flow
  • D. Creating a separate Monitoring alarm for each known error string

How long to prepare

If you're already comfortable with OCI Monitoring and basic Logging, 3-4 weeks of focused study is a reasonable estimate to close the gap on Logging Analytics and APM. If those two services are new to you, plan for longer, since they reward hands-on configuration more than memorized definitions.
