The harder part is the tooling decisions underneath: knowing when OCI's native Cloud Migrations service covers a VM fleet outright versus when Oracle Cloud VMware Solution is the better fit for an existing vSphere estate, and getting FastConnect versus VPN and DNS cutover sequencing right during the actual switchover window. Database questions that combine Zero Downtime Migration with Data Guard failback are also a common place where partial knowledge falls apart.
